Great reputation, looks great on a resume, great exposure to the industry if you're in the right group with the right manager

Cons

Everything is about politics here, don't count on getting promoted without knowing someone. The pay is almost criminal, and they know they can get away with it.

too many changes coming up with the Comcast acquisition sales support overwhelmed, therefore there is turnover and everyone is stretched to cover for others
