Pros

Always learning Getting to work alongside amazing people Leadership is transparent and communication with leadership is frequent and good Great working culture, always striving to improve and to grow Great work/life balance

Cons

Always learning, there's so much to learn which means starting here means you have a ton of information thrown at you A little silly, but a lot of acronyms to learn

Pros

It's NASA. People think you do something cool and must be super smart to work there.

Cons

Contractors are 3rd class citizens. There is a mountain of red tape to get ANYTHING done. Buildings are old and ugly. No central air conditioning. No freebies. Expensive food that is horrible. NASA police likes to give tickets for every little thing.

Pros

Low pressure/low stress environment Decent job security as long as congress passes a budget Impressive resume builder Every once in a while you will get to work with extremely talented individuals

Cons

Too easy to fall into complacency Vague accountability for progress and facility Zero perks - paid for our own filtered water and coffee. Department direction unknown
