      Pros

      Blue chip company, leader in it's field. Large company trying to change it's big slow ways to become more agile.

      Cons

      Company works you to the bone and doesn't care about it's people or their development. You are just a number and are asked to do more, faster, with less.

      Pros

      Flexibility, no micromanagement, growing company. Exciting company taking off in the right direction after its divestiture of non core business areas.

      Cons

      Talent needs to be recognized more often, more perks should be awarded. Need to spread the wealth amongs those who help make the company profitable. Grateful but still feel that they can do better.
