      Pros

      Good benefits, though, they keep cutting them back year after year.

      Cons

      It's a 'good ol' boy' network. Mgmt is full of people that have reached their level of incompetence. These people keep failing at one position and then get moved to another where they fail again.

      Strong company with huge market share in government and enterprise portfolios. Stability and Benefits. Strong brand recognition.

      Cons

      Very long time to make decisions and move the needle. Flawed and disconnected strategic planning and budgeting process. High expectations of senior management but very limited to support to help deliver on the expectations.
