      Top Notch Technical People - you will learn a lot from the people that work here Very Interesting Projects - cutting edge technology, never boring, always learning Small mostly co-located Project Teams - almost all the work is done in house Good work life balance

      Pros

      Work like balance and the ability to come and go as you please. There are many wonderful people who work there.

      Cons

      I personally witnessed highly unethical conduct at several levels of management. I have many years of executive level work experience and this company has one of the most corrupt and unethical work environments that I have ever seen. There are no legitimate oversight mechanism, and I think this company has a dim future if the "right" people ever take a closer look.
