      Pros

      Unique pre-law school opportunity to experience the inner workings of a law firm. Great deal of autonomy to source the projects you want to work on and develop relationships with attorneys. Interesting, high-impact work.

      Cons

      Abysmal salary compared to the caliber of individuals the position attracts (top students at top schools). Management is not responsive to 1) raising the salary to increase program competitiveness or 2) adjusting salary over time to keep pace with inflation.
