Pros

No weekends, holidays and pretty good benefits.

Cons

Poorly managed LTC department. Managers have NO medical background and make very poor decisions. They also lack training and knowledge of the LTC policies which in turn, makes it very difficult to seek assistance. Managers themselves voice frustration from the many changes from higher up (director, etc) and will many times flat out say, "I don't know". ZERO career opportunities if you are a nurse.

Pros

None whatsoever. This company is going nowhere fast

Cons

Company values are spouted but not followed, loads of backbiting, no team spirit, expected to work long hours for no reward, no work life balance, no support, terrible exec team. This company in the UK thinks it is better than it is, it is so disorganised with a terrible exec team that act like children and have little or no management experience at this level. Bad things are round the corner for this company
