      Pros

      Really good work life balance. Friday's is a half day. Does not get better than that. People are extremely friendly and helpful. Direction is good, and the company is always willing to help educate, train and facilate your career development.

      Cons

      Everything is slow. All direction comes from the headquarters in France. Too many rules, regulations and policies to maximize productivity. Generally the salary is low.
