Customers with unrealistic demands. When customers don't hear what they want they WILL go around you to get what they want, and most times they will get what they want. This causes undue pressure on employees and makes them feel or seem inefficient, further lowering the morale.

Friendly helpful people. Plenty of varied work to keep you busy and interested. Clock in and out means work to the minute only & Friday afternoons off.

Cons
