Pros

Innovative research done by excellent scientists.Good Hard working individuals willing to go the extra mile. Good benefits offered by company, child care available, cafeterias and company stores on sites.

Cons

Upper management seemed confused. They would make plans, then change them. Tried to save money in the labs but spent money on unnecessary things. No job security, people always nervous about when the axe would fall on them. Culture itself sounded better than it actually was for individuals.
