Pros

Mejuri is a fantastic place to work which is filled with many people who are determined and motivated, if you are a natural high-performer then this is the place for you! They have a very flexible work/life balance and also balance between working from home and the office. There are great leadership initiatives for personal development and most days lunch (and always snacks!) are provided at the office. There are great company perks in terms of the products, and everyone is very happy and friendly. I've really enjoyed my time here so far.

It is what you make it. I love it, lots of opportunities for you to show your collaborative and multitasking skills. A great way to meet and learn all stakeholders across all departments and levels.

- The entire team is unorganised - They never hire for backfills nor do they promote internally unless you suck up to management - The management has no idea how to manage the team - Overwork and underpaid - A lot of false promises
