Slim structure, SaaS product, you can drive your challenges, high level professionals.

Cons

Currently old technology. Code base is a big bag where everything is in there with many dependencies and coupling.

- Great engineering culture focused on quality and not ridiculous deadlines. - Extremely talented people to learn from - No (or close to none) management hierarchies, the company relies on leaders, not managers

Cons

- Company growing at very rapid pace, it's quite a ride. - Nothing else that I can think of :)
