Staff discount Making friends Meeting nice customers Making people feel good about themselves through makeup and education

Cons

Shifts keep being cut with no transparency as to why even when the store is making target Some casual staff are favoured over others Some get 0-2 shifts a week ongoing for 3-5 hrs where as are others have 3-4 for 5-8 hr shifts despite availability being on equal level

Staff Discount is generous. For people who like beauty, you get to try all different products at work!

Cons

Extremely poor management from top to bottom - nobody seems to know what they are doing, especially those people who are in the Head Office. Too many gossiping in the store level, and no career progress whatsoever.
