- Management makes up its own rules regarding breaks and allowed times. - Management lacks experience. Management placed in roles not based on experience but if you have worked internally before. - Informed role has opportunity for growth and progression but never provided opportunities. - hire huge teams with a lack of hours to give staff

team members seemed friendly enough to your face. good pay and staff discount. good gratis though no where near as much as they promise you. great place to work if youre a fake barbie doll type.

Cons

im struggling to put into words how misleading everything is. its basically all just a facade of beautiful words and empty promises. was hired as a christmas casual along with about 15 other girls for a relatively low traffic store. there was no brand training yet we were expected to confidently be able to recommend and sell products. was only being given about 10 hours a week work and then being sent home early some days because there was constantly too many staff on. i rarely worked with the same person twice. they care more about whether you have a bubbly personality than whether you are trained and actually know how to correctly apply makeup to a customer.
