      Pros

      Good projects, nice people. Flexible is terms of working from home. Good compensation package. Processes as well organized, with a clear goal defined.

      Cons

      Resources are shared between different projects and operational support. No compensation for working long hours, and even no respect when you do it. Location.

      Pros

      I work the Friday night sanitation, so a big pro for me is the consistent schedule. Most part-time jobs have a varied work schedule, but when you just want some extra money a job that does not conflict with the regular work week is great. Plus the pay is great for one night a week.

      Cons

      Well, I work every Friday night, all night. It's the schedule I applied for, and it has its benefits. However sometimes its nice to have a Friday night. Then Saturday is pretty much shot as well.
