Some smart, strong co-workers (although there has been a major exodus over the last year especially), and some blue chip clients presenting opportunities for interesting research work

Cons

The Technology platform is extremely clunky and user-unfriendly for both teammates and clients , Tech team doesn't seem too interested in improving the user interface, the CEO pivots between being distant and disengaged but can also be a "my way or the highway", stubborn micro-manager, HR is overwhelmed and not in a position to boost culture. It was stressful not feeling on solid ground there.

Flexible working situations (nice to WFH when you need to)

Cons

No opportunities for junior teammates to have a career path. No transparency about anything going on at the company. No communication about anything at all. No investment in culture. If you are a junior member - be prepared to be an underpaid workhorse with absolutely no value from senior management.
