Location Coffee "Some" of the employees Good place to start your career and then leave for a company with prospects

Cons

Where do we begin: Bad Managers No Vision whatsoever No succession planning it happens through whims Lots of OT and no pay that's illegal

Decent culture, fairly high layover

Pros

Good working environment, people are mostly friendly, work is flexible. Start up culture so not too formal.

Cons

Layover can be quite high all of a sudden. Need to stop acting like a start up. Need to be less tight on employee spending.
