      Amazing people, bad leadership

      Pros

      I can't say enough good things about the people I worked with day-to-day - everyone is extremely hard working, talented and fun. Benefits were good too.

      Cons

      I echo the previous reviews - highest level leadership is terrible, no discernible company direction, and horrible communication. On more than a few occasions, very key high level people were let go and employees weren't even sent an email - these employees just disappeared and the rest of the employees heard about it through the rumour mill. Also - HR implemented a performance review system where employees were only eligible for promotions twice in the year. How about promoting people when they deserve it and not waiting for the eligible promotion dates to arrive? Very bureaucratic and does not put people first.

      Great colleagues, terrible company

      Pros

      Some of the people are great, especially the newer ones. Lots of old timers though and they stick together. Free food so you don’t feel miserable working late.

      Cons

      Where do I start? Terrible review process twice a year. Old timers stick together and don’t take any advice. Management seem to be in their own little world. Never once saw anyone from HR in the office.

Great things are currently underway through out the business including the onboarding of some new members to our team.       Unrealistic expectation

      In job description they mentioned it's good learning opprtunity within collabrative team , but in reality it didn't seem like it. The company felt like a revolving door with high turnover of employees. They have meetings for the sake of meetings which is counter productive. The management team has unrealistic expectation from the employees with no support.
