Pros

The pay was above average compared to other big box retailers but the hours were worse. My store manager required us to stay till he left for the day regardless of when we got there. This resulted in 55-60 hour work weeks for the Assistant's while he worked 40.

Cons

The long hours made it difficult and working in a clothing retail chain is absolutely different than any other big box retailer.

Pros

If you're looking for a job that gives you enough time to finish personal projects or go to school while working, it's a good place to consider. It also gave me lots of opportunities for doing overtime since I was trying to save money to go to college.

Cons

The work environment is not the best for people that need to see some progress in order to get motivated to continue. Employees are expected to complete tasks that are almost impossible within the time constraints given and aren't offered any incentives to do so.

- flexible work schedule - laid back atmosphere - good break up of work and break time - they will hire pretty much anybody

Cons

- they will hire pretty much anybody - terrible hourly wages - incompetent management - theft is a huge problem
