Friendly coworkers Management is reasonable about granting requests for a day off, if done in a timely fashion.

Cons

A lot of customer traffic Disorganized and messy departments Low pay A lot of demands placed on employees, specifically cashiers.

Pros

When a customer doesn't complain about your service, management rewards you, when You ask every customer if they want to apply for a TJX card and you open a card or two, management praises you.

Cons

When You're doing your job and a customer complains, management only listens to the customer, and never once listens to the associate. It is the associate who gets repremanded, to make management look good.
