Pros
Very diverse job, no day is the same. Challenges your multitasking and self organising skills. Continuous development, and growth.
Cons
They do not listen to their staff, lots of false promises, and fixing issues will either never happen or two years too late. No fair salary structure. Some employees do very little, earn a lot - whilst others struggle to keep up with the workload and stress, while getting little in return.
