As there is a change of position every year, a senior often lacks the capability to handle the role in question, leading to a toxic environment for juniors. The way evaluations are given is entirely based on the senior's perspective, and sometimes the manager's, if they are involved in the project. In many cases, managers also seem unprepared for the roles they hold
