Pros

Great Discounts for cruises cause no one wants to pay to go

Cons

The management team will literally sit back and enjoy the sunset with their expensive Italian espresso and watch their team DROWN before them. Training is very much sink or swim in which you better make friends with veterans because they are the only ones that will help you. -There are no coachings or any other type of performance review which makes all the more difficult to know where you stand with the company performance wise

Pros

The only pro is that you could work the job from home.

Cons

Probably the worst company I've ever worked for. Incredibly disorganized, no easy or open lines of communication between different departments so questions would go unanswered for days/weeks or never get answered at all. Managers were not great and constantly changing. Thought it would be fun helping others book trips but it was constantly a stressful, disorganized mess.
