      Pros

      Nice people with a huge knowledge Massive shows to work on Good communication inside the departments, lots of dailies and times for sharing the knowledge

      Cons

      Quite a lot of extra time is required Relatively underpaid compared to other companies Messiest pipeline ever, a lot of tools are broken

      - Great projects - Super colleagues - Lots of opportunities to build a career, and grow with the company... Lots of employees with more than 10 years - With studios all over the world, it's easy to try a new location - Good vibe

      Cons

      It's VFX! So project driven with tight deadlines... There's unavoidably OT.

      Pros

      MPC has Great people, projects, talented technical support and hard working artists (the real stars). It's an honour to work here but that doesn't mean it's great.

      Cons

      The movie industry is all about budget, little loyalty to hard working staff and the pay is poor. They promise so much but deliver so little. Management is a joke and too many cooks !
