      - Competent leadership - The business doesn't treat you as a number (most times) and takes care of their employees - A lot of opportunity for growth. - Mostly work from home.

      Cons

      - Depending on the team you work in there can be a lot fo pressure due to lower headcount than is needed. - Yearly Bonus not guaranteed
