      Pros

      Lots of fun, good tech environment, diverse company and inclusive culture / interview process. Able to make an impact. Chance to work with senior stakeholders. Strong leadership. Great experience

      Cons

      Hired at lower level and working with consultants - one of which was positioned as more senior than myself with half the experience. RPO dynamic a little political at times, but not company specific
