- The people and culture. - Great on-boarding experience. (Set up for success) - Free lunch Mon-Thurs. - Amazing office space.

Cons

- No medical aid. - Parking is a issue. (There is a travel allowance that covers some of the parking costs)

- Everyone has lunch together everyday. - There is a open door policy with management. - It is a friendly environment to work in. -Parking allowance - 8 minute walk to the Bus terminus. - You receive lots of Luno goodies. -You get to work with a bunch of intelligent individuals.

Cons

-No medical Aid -No pension/provident fund
