Benefits are decent, excellent 401K, colleagues are wonderful; many there over 25 years and flexibility is very good.

Cons

Not the same company it once was; bottom line is cost-cutting even if it means cutting service provided to passengers

A MNC company with a very high product identification of most staff and many international job opportunities. Great travel benefits, very social employer with many flexible employment models (including part-time working, off-times, sabbaticals etc)

Cons

very little career perspectives from middle management onwards. staff stays at same career level for 10+ years with only lateral movements. Salaries generally low with little to almost no increases, higher salaries only possible for outsiders coming in from other industries or from second level top management upwards.
