Plenty of opportunities to work on projects, seeing as the company will restructure again.

Cons

Outlook for employment is bleak, they say they're adding jobs, but it's almost all in their subsidiaries, not in the core-group. Also, if you're an intern, chances are you will not get an offer, even if your performance is outstanding.

The management is German and they appreciate your hard work.

Cons

Doing delays you have to stay at work until every passenger is re-booked, it doesn't matter how early your shift starts the next day.

Travel benefits are great. Advancement opportunities are there if you are willing to move. Health, 401K benefits are competitive with the market.

Cons

Pay is just ok, not great so it would be good if the company were more generous with vacation time for example to make up for what they lack in salaries
