Good trainings, many internal opportunities (as with any huge company I think)

Cons

A lot of turmoil due to recent savings programme, also sometimes some managers can be very conservative. Also salary is below market level.

The organization is flat. So, there is no corporate ladder to climb. The pay is so little and a lot lower than other conglomerate companies.
