Pros

Benefits system is good and promotion of staff well being

Cons

Slow pace of progress with everyday tasks due to ineffective processes and constant changes. Makes this a chaotic environment that is extremely frustrating to work in if you like to see progress in your work.

Pros

Flexible home working even before the pandemic, generous salary and benefits, mostly friendly atmosphere

Cons

Lack of diversity is plainly obvious, put deadlines and workload over health and wellbeing. Doesn't value inhouse knowledge and experience. Prefers spending loads of money on 3rd party resource and day rate contractors to do the same job. Instead of investing in your own staff for career development and progression.
