Positive Culture and Strong Teams, Despite Challenges During Organisational Change

Great work-life balance, supportive colleagues, and approachable management. The iconic building in the City creates a unique working environment, and compensation was fair relative to the workload and expectations. I had the opportunity to work with many talented, knowledgeable, and dedicated professionals across the business.
Cons
The communication around the Operations outsourcing and resulting redundancies could have been more transparent. The decision led to the departure of many highly experienced employees, and some managers lost credibility with long-serving staff during the process. Replacing established internal expertise with external consultants raised concerns among employees, and only time will tell whether the long-term benefits justify the decision. Despite some difficult and, in my view, questionable decisions in recent years, my overall experience was positive. The company offers a good working culture, strong work-life balance, and the chance to work with capable and committed people. The positives outweighed the negatives during my time there.
