There is a strong focus on culture and engagement at Lithia where there are boundless opportunities to learn and advance. Lithia is a fantastic place to work for people who thrive in a high-energy, constantly evolving workplace. This is a place where you can truly take personal ownership and implement your ideas. The health care benefits are some of the best I've seen in the industry.

Cons

This is a competitive environment and if you're not a person that strives to challenge yourself, it is probably not the right fit for you. There is a high speed of change and you have to be willing to adapt quickly.
