Hybrid working - one day per week in the office Challenging and diverse workloads

Cons

Understaffed Salary not inline with other industries No recognition of helping other departments meet their deadlines even when you work 14 hour days to do so Supposed to get overtime hours back in lieu but never possible due to workloads

I've been with Light & Wonder for over 3 months now, and it has been one of the best companies I worked for. There are so many talented employees in this company that are willing to help each other out.

Cons

I would strongly recommend that certain departments could implement remote-first culture.
