Good exposure to different projects

Cons

Terrible pay, no stock options, no raises, or any worthwhile bonuses. No way to move up. No way to move into other positions within the company. If you are outside the inner circle you get no recognition.

Cons

Completely disorganized without a clear vision. Terminating departments every other month laying off hundreds of employees. In general these people completely lack empathy and basic humanity and they are not behaving like professionals.
