Pros

If you are lucky you might get into a good team(many teams do micro management). Employee centric welfare activities. Good compensation if you are an average person. Work Life balance is ok. WFH is available based on the project.

Cons

Frequent firing of people, you will not realize until someone close to you gets fired. You will be valued only when you do not have much experience and your compensation is low. After gaining experience you will be kicked out. They think hiring bunch of freshers they can do the job of a experienced candidate. Forget the word Onsite, it is only for the higher management. You will be benefitted only if you are a fresher or in higher management. If you have more than 5 years of experience, join at your own risk.

Pros

- Friendly people. Most of them are helpful when you ask questions - Work from home option (There's also con related to this that you can read below) - Working with software development team is not toxic (Devs are easy to work with, Project Managers provide good requirement changes on the project if there are) - Environment is pretty laid back you will not get micromanaged - Health insurance is pretty cheaper

Cons

- Lacks technical growth (If you aspire to be in test automation side, do not apply here. What I have learned in my previous experiences have been rendered useless here.) - You will be bouncing around different projects. Even if you are not yet done with a certain project, for some reasons they like to have sudden changes on resources by assigning them to different ones. This is kinda annoying because when you're getting used to your project, suddenly you get assigned to different one which can affect your learning in this company. - WFH setup is possible but they will not encourage you to do it. And if you do, your work will not get recognized as much as those who work frequently in the office. Just be firm and tell the employees not to work at home. I don't recommend here if you want a remote setup. - Low pay. They have barely pay raises.

Pros

Good place if you want your career to go nowhere

Cons

Awful management, both middle and upper management, terrible pay, management will lie to your face, extremely old tech stack that is poorly maintained, you will spend your time fixing garbage code, no room to learn anything useful (except what NOT to do), no room for growth/promotions, pay cuts
