Pros

As a customer service representative, I felt that my coworkers and supervisors were always helpful and nice.

Cons

Outdated training materials and lack of feedback. I never had any performance reviews in the short time I worked here; which may be a good thing for some, but I felt I would've been a better customer rep if I had gotten regular feedback
