-Very spontaneous, always doing something different. -You get a little time to check out the events. -Great views.

Cons

-Hard work, little pay. -Can be very unorganized and hectic. -Management is a bit immature.

You get to experience the lively atmosphere at games and special events, often with the chance to experience some of the excitement first hand. Competitive hourly salary. Ideal for a weekend/on-the-side job.

Cons

Much fewer hours in the off-season, irregular work schedule, shifts often run well into the night, there is very little hope for career growth, and too many events are regarded as mandatory.
