Not much of a graduate scheme, not very different than if you just went in as direct entry.

Flexi-time, interesting products, good overtime.

Cons

They're not interested in training, development or any kind of investment in their staff. You'll just be a dog's body to do their bidding. No possibility of advancement or self improvement to be had. The only way to get further is to kiss it...
