Pros

Staff were fun to work with. This helped to get through the long periods of having very few customers

Cons

Minimum wage, lots of hurtful gossip and rumours (management included), a culture of blame passed down by management, no training (I don't count two days sitting in front of a computer as training), periods of being left alone unable to move from your area (despite being new), poor communication and a lack of effective resolutions.

Pros

Super layed back work style, very friendly workforce, sample sales are the greatest benefit you'll receive from LA, could not of asked for a nicer team.

Cons

Management was not very involved in the teams work, you could easily under achieve or vastly exceed expectations, it would not matter to them. The head office is badly ventilated, leading to bad air pollution and extreme climates in the workplace, make sure to wear a scarf and gloves in winter! Turn over is ridiculously high due to very low wages. No career progression. Get experience and leave culture.

Pros

I worked here for about a year and was offered the chance to train for management, however l had to turn this down as l had already made other plans (to travel). Had l been at a different stage in my life though l would have takent he opportunity because the company was good to work for, considered the welfare and happiness of the employees and provided good training.

Cons

Dealing with middle aged women who have clearly never worked in their lives and think they are better than you.
