Pros

Uniform allowance Easy to progress Supportive area manager Great team Always something to do

Cons

Minimum wage Rude incompetent manager Out of date systems which made the job so so difficult on busy days. Constant offers (on with the stickers, off with the stickers) Petty holiday rules Defiantly not eco friends, the amount of paper they go through!! Don't value staff Huge staff turnover Petty rules about contracted hours and how many day. E.g. 20 hour contract, 5 four hour shifts. Non negotiable. Pressure for meeting targets then no reward.

Pros

Genuinely lovely people to work with. Nice environment. Interesting products and customers.

Cons

It seems they do not wish to keep people very long. Full time commitment for low part time pay.

Some amazing people, good sample sales and the experiences you can come away with can set you in good stead for future challenges.

Cons

I think the cons have already been highlighted time and time again on previous Glassdoor reviews to be honest ....
