Good place to work for

Pros

The break entitlement is quite good, for a 7 and a half hour shift you get an hour lunch break and 2 x 15 minute breaks. Good staff discount and a uniform card is provided.

Cons

Hard to get extra hours, hard to get a full time contract unless management position. Shift patterns change every week, no set days off.

Ups & Downs

Pros

• Great co-workers, very hard working team and they truly like to think as one another as family. • Nice staff area and always celebrating birthdays. • Nice discount (40% off) and uniform (65% off and free up to a certain amount)

Cons

• Poor Management, very two faced and mean. • Too forceful on mastercards, no real understanding how it’s the customers CHOICE. • Discount could be more when customers sometimes get the same amount. • TOO MANY SALES. Taking stickers on and off is exhausting and a waste of customer service time.
