I can hardly think of any.

Cons

- Expect salary to be less than the market rate. - Anyone can be anybody there. Someone with no/insufficient experience can be the lead or manager as long as you can suck up to the management. - Management is not receptive to new ideas or initiatives. - Politics. - Almost zero welfare and growth for employees. - HRs are there for show, they have no interest in the employee's welfare.

Learning everything by yourself in a startup company, a process of growing up and increase knowledge and earn experiences.

Cons

You can only depends on yourself. No directions given and no one is gonna help you. No one is appreciative for what you have done for them.

- There is1-2 pros but now that I'm thinking nothing is promised to stay the same so don't trust positive reviews here. They are removing all the attractions in the office for techs. Ask current last hired employees about the company before you accept any offer.

Cons

- If you do not need the money then feel free to apply, because the company will always select the last hires to lay off (if there was a plan to). - If you are not a proper Mandarin speaker avoid this company. - Need to have a skillset in politics. - Work pressure is too high as there is always an extra expectation to deliver more(Even literally asking to work every weekend). - They created a series of flows to keep the tech environment busy with - The company does not care about personal development.
