Indeed, even though we have grown the headcount at HQ by more than 4 x in the last 2 years, one thing we have maintained is that start up mentality where its crucial to be flexible and adapt to changes in your environment quickly. We pride ourselves on giving our employees a stage to shine where they can grow to their full potential and this something we fully support. As for your repetitive tasks and learnings - we urge you either contact us at people.ops@lalamove.com or speak to your supervisor/ people ops contact.
