      - used to have talent teammates - free drinks - close to railway

      Cons

      - frequently changed policies keep exhausting employee - most decision is in a top down manner and all of a sudden which result in fragile system - lots of “features” / “product ideas” / “technical revamp” are aborted half way due to lack of planing and domain knowledge

      Promoted deadwood to management position, only promote "yes man" for ridiculous work plan & screw up everybody everywhere to draw attention even that wasn't his/her responsibility, promotion is not according to performance but if you are a brown-noser, a router and an idiot, you can get management job, oh yes, you have to apply for promotion for promotion, very very funny
