very quick hiring process and great salary increment off on time not much work

Cons

currently looking for jobs. works here are just thrown to you with little background. team leaders provide no training at all and very obvious that they do not know what we should do. and I am too new to find it out myself on what to do. and I observe that the turnover rate is very high here. do not know what happen here before but the atmosphere is strange for some team member and they have all left suddenly. I checked glassdoor before joining. there's quite a number of bad comments but the salary is good so I joined. but what the comment said are quite true. No way I will stay here long. I wish this can help if you are consider joining.

This has contributed to a disorganized workflow and general disorientation within the department. 3. Lack of Performance-Based Recognition: The team's structure and rewards system do not adequately reflect performance metrics, which impact motivation and career development for team members. 4. Work Environment Concerns: The department is currently experiencing a high level of turnover and a tense, arguably toxic, work atmosphere. This situation has led to a reduction in team size by nearly half, 5. Stagnation in Financial Incentives: There has been a freeze on salary increases, promotions, and bonuses in recent years, reflecting a broader budgetary constraint that affect employee satisfaction and retention.

Cons

- Management in business background with minimal technical knowledge - messy policy and structure - not much follow up or evaluation on what you’ve done - if you are good at dealing with boss, you can do this job well - giving advise to management is not recommended
