Large Korean corporation, prestige with being LG Family.

Cons

Typical conservative Korean company, focused on only internal reporting, not customer centered. Foreigners not given equal treatment, training is nonexistent, salaries do not increase at same rates, foreigners are used only for English skills. If you are not one of the collective herd, you are automatically excluded. Women must wear uniforms. Politics is king. If you are not performing, hide your losses instead of finding out why business is bad. When reality bites, all the fancy reports in the world will not cover the hemorrhaging wounds

a cash rich company with LG as its major customer

Cons

LG being it major customer, the top management is very rigid to expand the customer base to other accounts, no encouragement for experimenting and trying to grow the company
