      Pros

      Great management, CEO very likeable, you are trusted to get on with your work without micromanagement, full training and tech equipment provided and frequent team/collaboration events. Hybrid working also an option. Staff seem to be retained for lengths of time (in central services) and not frequently turned over

      Cons

      Fairly limited progression in terms of promotions, unless someone leaves.

      Small team, top of the line equipment, nice area, good training and support

      Cons

      There's no everyday structure or time limits to tasks and some tasks and tedious like calling apps every week who do not answer is a waste of time
