Pros

Growing Company with a lot of opportunity

Cons

Sometimes wonder if it is getting too big. Lack of communication. Regularly carryout employee surveys but they are cleverly worded to gain good reviews

Pros

Having worked for Leaders for 18 years, I can say it has been a brilliant company to work for. Leaders employ like minded people and this makes for a happy working environment. The branches feel independent and as an employee you are not micro managed, as long as you are performing to a good standard. There are a lot of opportunities to grow, if this is what one intends to do. Lots of opportunity to move roles within the company. Lots of training is given.

Cons

Salaries for non sales employees should be better. Long standing loyal members of staff should be recognised more, especially when it comes to salary increases. Its a bit hit and miss. With the mergers the company has changed a lot over the last ten years but more radically in very recent times. It is a big giant of a company now and the staff are now just numbers.
