Pros

Great products, amazing discount, gratis is nice

Cons

A coworker and I had a long run as being the only two in the store and neither of us were the manager. We had several people quit all around the same time and our store wouldn't hire anyone else. We would be working 35-40 hours, which I would normally be okay with, but we were doing so with never getting breaks during 7-8 hour shifts. We had 8 people apply and they only hired 1 person after about two months. Shortly after they finally hired a manager. This job wouldn't be so bad if you had more than one person working at a time to help with the barrage of emails constantly coming in, the fact that they want you to "lease line" if you don't have a customer in the store, to help answer the phone if you're already with a customer and it rings. They want you to offer mini-facials to everyone that comes into the store but again as the only employee in the store its impossible to do that if someone else comes in. They are a hands on store (which is good in skincare) but they only ever want you to sell Divine and if you aren't matching the store requirements your store will be labeled as failing for the week/month/year/forever. I don't care that they want divine to sell, but not every single person needs it. I would never show it to someone who doesn't need it because theres no reason too. Overall there's just so much wrong with this company and they act like its the most perfect thing ever. It's not.

Pros

Benefits of free products in trainings

Cons

Horrible, shady management. Lots of spying on employees and pathological liars as area managers.
